Tire factory and retail tire shop seeks a Mechanic in Parnamirim. **Responsibilities:** Perform vehicle safety inspections via car check-up. Analyze and justify the need for repairs, parts replacement, and service time. Responsible for mounting and dismounting tires, shock absorbers, brake pads, and other components. Perform services such as wheel alignment and wheel balancing, in accordance with technical procedures to ensure customer safety. Assist in the sales process and provide customer service related to vehicle needs. Deliver technical handover to customers, presenting executed products and services. Perform tire and parts storage. Use assigned personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance of environment and equipment. Handle customer complaints regarding sold products and services, analyze them, and report to store management. Previous experience as a Mechanical Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Specialist, or Automobile Mechanic may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
