Together, let's build the greatest healthcare community the world has ever seen! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Inventory Record Keeping:** Record incoming and outgoing items, define minimum and maximum quantities, and monitor high- and low-turnover products. * **Receiving and Storage:** Receive, verify, and code medications and supplies, ensuring proper storage according to technical specifications. * **Temperature Control:** Record inventory temperature in compliance with ANVISA regulations. * **Expiration and Disposal:** Monitor item expiration dates, notify about products with less than 60 days remaining, and dispose of expired products according to regulations. * **Supplying and Assembly:** Prepare and label kits for dialysis rooms and dispense materials as needed. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring equipment preservation. * **Purchasing and Planning:** Place purchase orders and plan together with the operations manager. * **Traceability and Collection:** Manage material traceability, collect medications, and deliver to ICU units. * **Documentation:** Print patient labels, update inventory in the system, and record PPE/EPPE withdrawals. * **Collaboration:** Work together with nursing staff on dispensing schedules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma completed.
