Strategic restaurant management and performance indicators **OPERATIONAL RESTAURANT MANAGER** **Job Description:** Responsible for coordinating, guiding, and developing operational teams; seeking process improvement; optimizing workflows; controlling budgets; managing inventory; supervising equipment and material usage; implementing and monitoring quality standards; identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks and issues; monitoring key operational performance indicators; establishing clear and effective communication with teams, customers, and other company departments; among other duties. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. A course focused on Team Leadership is a plus. Proficiency in Word and Excel. Knowledge of kitchen operations. Basic understanding of Finance and project management. Experience in restaurant management and team leadership. Availability to work until 11:30 PM.
