**Position: Regional Commercial Coordinator (B2B)**

**Purpose of Hiring**

We seek a **Commercial Coordinator** to directly lead the **sales team**, **open new commercial fronts**, and **organize regional operations**, ensuring increased revenue, greater predictability, and active market presence across Northeast Brazil.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
The Commercial Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Coordinating and supervising the regional commercial team
* Conducting in-person activities across territories, with frequent inter-state travel
* Accompanying sales representatives in the field, supporting negotiations and commercial development
* Expanding into strategic inland cities, initiating commercial relationships and structuring new fronts
* Analyzing customer portfolio, sales metrics, conversion rates, and average transaction value
* Implementing commercial follow-up routines (meetings, reports, CRM)
* Identifying performance bottlenecks and defining practical actions: approach adjustments, training, or team reinforcement
* Acting as the liaison between the commercial team, internal departments, and leadership
This is an **active, in-person, hands-on leadership position**, with strong field presence.
