Implement sales strategies to increase station profitability and attract new customers. Lead and motivate the team, promoting a positive and productive work environment focused on excellent customer service and goal achievement. Monitor and control fuel inventories, ensuring product availability and quality. Implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage team performance through periodic evaluations and identifying training needs. **Qualifications and Requirements** High school diploma (preferably higher education in Administration, Business Management, or related commercial fields). Basic knowledge in management and leadership Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic computer skills (Office Suite).
