Job Summary: The Services Department aims to ensure the proper operation and optimal performance of wind farms while maintaining long-term customer loyalty. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the proper operation and performance of wind farms 2. Direct customer contact to maintain loyalty 3. Monitor performance and implement safety/quality requirements The Services Department is responsible for ensuring the proper operation of our customers' wind farms and guaranteeing the best performance of each turbine throughout its lifetime. The role ensures turbines operate at maximum capacity, delivering optimal energy production to our customers, serving as a key team in sustaining long-term customer loyalty. **Responsibilities:** Reports to the Operations Manager; main tasks include: * Ensure compliance with Vestas’ health, safety, and quality procedures and requirements; * Monitor wind farm performance together with team leaders; * Direct customer contact; * Proficiency in SAP responsibilities; * Indicator management; * Cost management; **Qualifications:** Engineering degree or currently pursuing one — completed degree is preferred; * Industrial experience, either through work or internship in production areas involving activity planning and/or projects; - Experience with non-Vestas platforms; - Team management experience; **Competencies:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Adaptability to diverse scenarios and cultures (we operate across multiple states). **APPLICATIONS UNTIL 27/02** **Our commitment to a fair hiring.** At Vestas, we evaluate all candidates solely based on their professional experience, education, and relevant skills.
