What We Expect From You * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online). * Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and eagerness to learn. * Technical or higher education degree in IT (completed or in progress). Your Key Responsibilities * Handle and resolve technical support requests related to the Microsoft 365 environment. * Assist users in utilizing productivity tools. * Participate in customer environment migration projects to Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). * Collaborate in the analysis, execution, and monitoring of transitions. * Document procedures and contribute to continuous process improvement.
