Monitor - RP 18400 - Fiep System (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL) What are the challenges and main responsibilities? Directly support students in coexistence, circulation, and school activity support areas, ensuring compliance with institutional regulations, student well-being, and smooth daily operations; Collaborate with pedagogical, administrative, and support staff to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment; Supervise and guide high school students during circulation periods, breaks, and arrival/departure times; Assist in managing student flow in courtyards, hallways, and other common areas; Promote a safe environment by mediating conflicts and encouraging positive coexistence practices; Support classroom and pedagogical environment organization as directed by staff; Record incidents when necessary and report relevant situations to counseling and school leadership; Provide support for events, school activities, and internal movements; Use digital systems and tools for data entry, recordkeeping, and internal communication; Collaborate with teachers, technical staff, and managers, maintaining a professional and proactive attitude. **Requirements:** What are the main requirements?
