Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Packaging Receipt: Technical validation of received materials together with the receiving team; material release approval in coordination with management; * Weight Monitoring: Rigorous monitoring of average weight results via the Perforcontrol system; * Quality Control: Overall monitoring of departmental results and direct reporting to management. Gemba process monitoring, as well as factory cleaning routines; * Traceability: Traceability routines to ensure compliance from the beginning of the production process; * KPI Tracking: Direct support in tracking quality KPIs (key performance indicators); * Non-Conformance Handling: Collaboration with management to resolve NC Reports (Non-Conformance Reports) and issuance of QM Notes via SAP; * TPM Co-Leadership: Serve as co-leader of the Progressive Quality pillar under the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology; * Administrative Routine and Leadership Support: Creation of quality requisitions and reservation of sector stock materials; * Equipment Maintenance: Monitoring of measurement equipment calibration schedules in coordination with the Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams; * Strategic Support: Support in corporate meetings, enabling management to focus on higher-impact decisions. * Operational Continuity: Serve as the official backup to cover leadership vacations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. **Required** * Prior experience in this role; * Availability to work Monday through Saturday; * Proficiency in Google tools; * Knowledge of management tools. **Desirable** * Knowledge of SAP. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health plan; * Dental plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Monthly product kit; * Telemedicine and online therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life insurance; * Wellhub.
