Support in network administration and system monitoring **Description:** We are seeking an **IT Assistant** to join our team. The professional will provide technical support to users, assist in maintaining the company's equipment and systems, ensure optimal performance of technological resources, and contribute to operational continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users (hardware, software, and network). * Install, configure, and update computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of IT equipment. * Support network administration, user access, and permissions management. * Monitor system operations and identify potential failures. * Perform formatting, backup, and data organization as needed. * Log and track technical support tickets, ensuring resolution within established timeframes. * Assist in managing IT equipment and asset inventory. * Adhere to information security policies and technology best practices. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory). * Basic knowledge of computer and operating system maintenance (Windows and/or Linux). * Fundamental understanding of computer networks and user support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and peripheral configuration. * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in technical support or help desk roles. * Familiarity with healthcare or enterprise systems. * Basic knowledge of information security and corporate backup solutions.
