Providing HR management support and ensuring compliance with internal policies A consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection is seeking an HR Analyst in Macaíba. **Responsibilities:** You will work for a civil construction company, performing the following duties: Responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and feedback). Conducting onboarding of new employees. Supporting training and development initiatives, executing them when necessary. Monitoring HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, organizational climate, etc.). Supporting managers on HR-related matters. Collaborating with the HR Administration/Personnel Department on personnel administration processes. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. Supporting performance evaluation and career development programs. Contributing to employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives. And other related duties. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree in progress.
