




Responsibilities: - Handle all post-sale customer interactions on the Mercado Livre platform, including cancellations, returns, and warranty claims; - Provide support for order-related incidents, inquiries, and complaints, always prioritizing clear communication and high-quality service; - Monitor and manage shipments conducted outside the platform (via courier), ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues; - Execute internal processes related to cancellations, returns, and warranties, ensuring all records and controls are up to date. Requirements: - Completed high school education; - Computer literacy; - Strong verbal and written communication skills; - Organization, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
