Job Summary: The IT Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to users, managing access rights, resolving technical issues, and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for hardware and software users 2. Access management and technical issue resolution 3. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems The IT Assistant provides advisory and technical support to users of technologies (hardware and software) deployed by the company. This includes properly guiding users in utilizing these technologies, managing access rights, configuring and adjusting user profiles, resolving technical issues, and performing preventive and corrective installation, configuration, and maintenance on workstations, peripherals, and infrastructure systems.
