The hotel offers luxury accommodations, beachfront location, international cuisine, and a complete infrastructure to best serve you during your stay at our hotel. **Mission:** To provide the best experience in excellence and quality of service. **Values:** * Passion for what we do * Continuous growth * Excellence in work * Integrity * Respect and collaboration * Future-oriented vision * Inspiration **Job Mission:** The Network Technician will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's network infrastructure according to guidelines and projects defined by the Network Engineer, ensuring service availability, security, performance, and stability, while collaborating with technical departments to ensure operational continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and maintain network infrastructure according to projects, guidelines, and standards defined by the Network Engineer. * Implement and monitor pre-defined network solutions, ensuring security, performance, availability, and scalability requirements. * Configure, optimize, and operate network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. * Continuously monitor network performance, identifying, analyzing, and resolving connectivity and performance issues. * Support and monitor network project execution alongside IT Technicians, ensuring technical alignment and adherence to the established schedule. * Conduct security testing and apply network protection policies and controls per guidance from the responsible department. * Collaborate closely with infrastructure, systems, and information security teams to ensure interoperability across environments. * Provide advanced technical support for critical incidents, performing root cause analysis and assisting in problem resolution. * Document network topologies, procedures, policies, and configurations to ensure standardization and traceability of information. * Support evaluation and implementation of new technologies, per technical definitions and approvals. * Participate in network expansion, migration, or modernization projects, ensuring operational efficiency. * Ensure network infrastructure availability, minimizing downtime and operational impact. * Meet deadlines, SLAs, and technical standards set by the IT department, reporting status and performance indicators. **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * Technical or technological degree in Computer Networks, IT, or related fields. * Experience in corporate network support and operations. * Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. * Configuration and support of switches, routers, and access points. * Familiarity with firewalls and network security. * Experience in network monitoring and incident resolution. * Ability to follow procedures, work in teams, and meet SLAs. **Desirable Requirements** * Technical certifications such as CCNA, Mikrotik, Aruba, or similar. * Experience in medium-to-large corporate environments. * Experience in monitoring and supporting high-availability environments. * Basic knowledge of information security. * Familiarity with cloud-based networks (Azure/AWS – network level). * Experience in technical documentation and ITIL best practices. **Why join our team?** * A dynamic work environment offering real opportunities for professional growth and development. * An open space for implementing projects and innovative ideas. * Market-competitive salary. * Service charge after the probationary period. * Two daily meals at the hotel. * Transportation allowance. * Exclusive discount package with over 20 partners. * Comprehensive health assistance, including medical, dental, pediatric, gynecological care, and low-complexity exams — at no cost. * Language classes for your professional development. * Eligibility for bonuses after the probationary period.
