Job Summary: Experienced professional in engineering or construction to supervise and control the execution of medium- and high-standard construction projects, working 100% on-site. Experience in structural and finishing oversight 3. 100% field-based work **INDUSTRY** Construction **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday \- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **REQUIREMENTS** Degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or related fields, proven experience in the field, mature and leadership-oriented profile, valid driver's license required. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** R$ 3\.500 initial salary \+ R$ 500.00 initial cost-of-living allowance **RESPONSIBILITIES** Supervise construction projects from start to finish; experience in structural and final finishing oversight for medium- and high-standard residential buildings; Responsible for controlling project execution until handover; 100% field-based work.
