The professional will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all stages of the project’s execution, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and technical and contractual requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise field activities, teams, and service providers; * Develop and monitor physical and financial schedules; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards; * Control costs, measurements, and progress reports; * Interface with suppliers, clients, and inspection authorities; * Guarantee execution quality and adherence to established deadlines. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, with active registration at CREA; * Experience in **building renovation or maintenance projects**; * Skills in team management and construction drawing interpretation; * Availability for on-site work in Minas Gerais. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in public or contractual construction projects; * Knowledge of cost control and construction planning. **Compensation:** To be negotiated ($$$) Job Type: Temporary, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Job Type: Full-time, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: R$3\.229,70 \- R$10\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
