Job Summary: A logistics professional responsible for managing and optimizing supply, inventory, and material flow by leveraging data analysis and proposing innovations. Key Highlights: 1. Proposal of innovations and process optimization Responsibilities: * Support logistics management activities; * Compile raw data to be transformed into useful information; * Manage material supply levels across branches; * Conduct periodic visits to branches to observe supply, addressing, damages, etc.; * Create and analyze performance indicators for all logistics departments; * Extract key insights from indicators to facilitate decision-making; * Assist in sizing and distributing company inventory coherently; * Generate reports on demand forecasting, desired inventory levels, and proper material distribution; * Participate in and suggest changes or innovations to the logistics strategic plan; * Implement layout and storage method proposals to facilitate material handling; * Develop tools to signal stockouts and supply disruptions; * Promote integration between procurement and logistics departments, aligning processes to improve product flow; * Analyze leaders' complaints and propose prompt solutions; **Prerequisites:** Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; Preferably residing in Parnamirim or Macaíba/RN; Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency preferred; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Analytical ability and dynamism; Good organizational skills with capacity to prioritize tasks; Prior experience in the field is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary: R$2.087,44; Meal allowance: R$18.00 per day; Fuel allowance; Dental plan (voluntary enrollment); Health insurance plan (voluntary enrollment); University tuition partnership; Life insurance.
