Join our team and help us transform the dairy universe. #JoinAlvoarDairy **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure high availability and performance of BI systems. * Propose continuous improvements to data automation routines and operational processes. * Act as a disseminator of BI best practices and rational resource use, promoting awareness. * Support the company’s strategic decision-making through accurate and consistent analyses. * Provide internal user support for Power BI usage and interpretation of data from our Semantic Models. * Ensure compliance with company standards and policies regarding quality, security, and sustainability. * Structure, model, and optimize relational and dimensional data, ensuring information consistency. * Perform data integration using Pentaho as the ETL tool, sourcing data from various sources/systems/databases. * Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI; ensuring accuracy, relevance of information, standards, and best practices. * Collaborate with different areas of the company to identify needs and translate those requirements into BI solutions. * Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, analyses, and completed projects. * Analyze large volumes of data and provide insights to support business decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. * Experience in Business Intelligence projects, ETL tools (Pentaho), Power BI (including DAX), databases (SQL Server), relational and dimensional modeling, and skills in analyzing and structuring large volumes of data. * Knowledge and ability to translate business needs into high-quality visual and technical reports/dashboards; programming languages; SAP; Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel); numerical aptitude; analytical profile with business vision and strong communication skills. * Competencies: Communication, Customer Focus, Initiative, Results Orientation, Resilience, Agility, and Innovation. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal and food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Education incentive program; * Partnerships with institutions; * Unimed health plan (optional enrollment); * Dental plan (optional enrollment); * Powdered milk for dependents aged 1–5 years; * Online store for purchasing products at a discount; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) based on goal achievement.
