Ensuring legal compliance and vehicle safety A consulting, recruitment, and selection firm is seeking a Fleet and Maintenance Supervisor in São José de Mipibu. RH Services Group is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and analyze, via telematics or other control systems, information related to the fleet and vehicle maintenance in general, verifying availability, performance, and condition. Validate and monitor, jointly with the operations department, interstate or inter-branch vehicle movements, notifying the billing/tax department to issue the corresponding Invoice according to the specified route, ensuring transportation occurs with the mandatory documentation kit and in full legal compliance. Plan, monitor, and schedule preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance to prevent failures and ensure employee safety. Analyze, monitor, and control the hiring, usage, and allocation of leased vehicles, including light and heavy fleets. Monitor and ensure proper tire management, considering consumption, wear, and service life. Analyze and control fleet-related costs—including maintenance, fuel, insurance, toll tags, and other expenses—to optimize company resources. Monitor and analyze fuel supply flows for headquarters and branches, structuring and proposing process improvements. Map and ensure all fleet-related legal documentation and regulatory requirements (licensing, AET, IPVA, insurance, etc.) remain up-to-date and compliant. Monitor and ensure adherence to the Driver’s Manual, conducting employee onboarding. Analyze and monitor Accounts Payable activities within the department, ensuring operational efficiency and adequate branch support. Perform other duties related to the position.
