Lead the team by example and supervise work Position: Kitchen Chef Moinho Restaurant – Natal/RN The Moinho Restaurant is hiring a **Kitchen Chef** to operate on the front line of kitchen activities. We seek a professional who is **agile, practical, and experienced in à la carte service**, actively present at the stove, guiding dish execution and leading the team by example. Main Responsibilities * Directly participate in dish preparation and finishing * Coordinate production during service (lunch and dinner) * Ensure consistent standards for flavor, presentation, and dish delivery time * Work on plating and executing à la carte dishes * Supervise and guide assistants and cooks * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and good practices * Participate in inventory control and ingredient restocking * Participate in developing technical specifications * Participate in creating checklists and daily routines for the team * Purchase list compilation and inventory control Requirements * Proven experience as Kitchen Chef or Sous Chef * Solid experience with **à la carte** service * Agility and resilience to work under pressure * Operational profile (hands-on) * Organizational and practical leadership skills * Availability to work on weekends and holidays EMPLOYMENT TYPE: CLT POSSIBLE WORK SCHEDULE: 5X2 (to be negotiated) SALARY RANGE: R$2.700 TO R$3.500 (to be negotiated) MEAL PROVIDED ON SITE TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE 50% OF MONTHLY FEE FOR NETWORK GYMS Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.600,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
