Here, every person contributes to building this legacy. **Job Mission** Perform civil construction activities on construction sites, ensuring execution quality, project compliance, and adherence to the company's established safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Perform civil construction services, including structures, walls, foundations, slabs, excavations, fences, passage boxes, and other site-related activities ✔ Prepare mortars and lay bricks, blocks, and other construction elements ✔ Assemble simple formwork and reinforcement as per technical guidance ✔ Conduct basic measurements and follow drawings, sketches, and execution instructions ✔ Carry out repairs and adjustments to civil structures as required by the site ✔ Support workplace organization and cleanliness ✔ Ensure proper use of materials and tools during execution ✔ Follow operational procedures, safety regulations, and guidelines for working at heights, where applicable ✔ Correctly use mandatory PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) **Requirements** * Completed elementary education * Prior experience as a mason or in civil construction activities * Availability for fieldwork * Availability for travel and relocation, when necessary * Basic knowledge of measurement reading and masonry work execution * Commitment to safety regulations **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in infrastructure projects or technical projects * Familiarity with reading drawings and project plans * NR-35 training (working at heights) * Experience in energy sector construction projects **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Organization and attention to execution details * Responsibility and discipline regarding safety * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Teamwork * Commitment to deadlines and quality
