After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure achievement of sales targets and product mix per customer, monitoring sell-out, days of inventory, and adjusting actions as needed. * Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and prospective customers; provide cross-departmental support; prospect new customers; and manage orders, billing, and deliveries. * Update and maintain customer product listings. * Organize customer visit schedules, ensure adherence to daily sales routines, and maximize the effectiveness of visits. * Plan and carry out daily sales activities, execute point-of-sale actions, and collect data to ensure planned strategies and actions are being implemented. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); Power BI is a plus. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license — Category B. * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Here’s What We Offer:** * Gym Benefit (Wellhub). * Study Grant. * Ypê Gift Card. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Educary — Education program for youth and adults. * Payroll-deductible loan. * PPR — Profit-sharing program. * Cuidar Program: Focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Meal and food vouchers.
