After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise, monitor, and control teams and activities related to receiving, storing, moving, and dispatching parts and materials in the company’s warehouse—setting priorities and guiding the team in executing tasks to meet requirements, deadlines, and established quality standards. * Train the team on operational procedures and quality and TPM programs; identify opportunities for operational training within the area to support knowledge dissemination among team members. * Conduct and manage periodic inventory controls, ensuring stock record accuracy and identifying potential stock discrepancies or issues. * Coordinate the flow of materials and products within the warehouse, optimizing processes to ensure efficient movement and minimize operational costs. * Ensure compliance with safety standards for material and product storage; supervise regular maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment. * Understand and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, aligned with the company’s SSMA policies—including awareness of environmental impacts and risks, as well as familiarity with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with SAP system; * Preferred: Knowledge of Logistics and Inventory Management. **Worth noting:** Shift hours from 1:20 PM to 9:40 PM, Monday through Saturday. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Health and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Christmas basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * PPR – Profit Sharing Plan. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Educary – Education for youth and adults. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
