Job Summary: Professional responsible for monitoring store tenant performance, conducting strategic planning, leading correction of improper billing, and managing internal processes and commercial contracts. Contract and internal process management **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor store tenant performance through KPIs and analyses to support decision-making; * Prepare Entrepreneurial Budget/PEC/Strategic Planning, monitoring and supporting its development; * Submit requests to Finance/Commercial departments, providing RIG information and reports to the EC; * Lead the process of correcting improper billing by identifying inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with the billing error correction procedure; * Interface with the Legal Department (agreements, terms, notifications); * Ensure annual updates of store tenant contacts and guarantor guarantees via notifications and follow-up on responses; * Conduct studies for contract renewals; * Provide visibility into commercial processes and indicators through effective cross-departmental communication within the shopping center; * Monitor/Control store openings and closures; * Approve service orders requested by stores, when relevant to this department; * Manage internal processes, such as: notifications, physical/digital filing, contract workflow, vacant store control; * Conduct pre-exit inspections of stores to verify potential pending items upon tenant departure; * Prepare presentations; * Analyze and monitor commercial and market indicators. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency preferred.
