FG Human Resources Consulting provides customized solutions for people management. Focused on organizational development, the company supports process optimization and human capital appreciation. **Responsibilities:** Follow the schedule set by the manager. Conduct active prospecting. Daily update and maintain the CRM. Prepare and present commercial proposals. Plan and achieve commercial targets. Provide internal support and occasionally external support. Participate in client visits within the state. Work with an in-house proposal preparation system. Market fleet management systems and technological solutions. Previous experience as Sales Representative, Sales Executive, Sales Analyst, or Commercial Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: BRL 2,501.00 to BRL 3,000.00 * Cost-of-living allowance * Target-based bonus * Commissions * Meal voucher * Kilometer reimbursement Cost-of-living allowance: BRL 250.00 per month.
