Practical and theoretical learning **JOB DESCRIPTION:** **Role Summary:** Support the department's administrative and operational routines while developing professional competencies through practical and theoretical learning. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in filing and organizing physical and digital documents; * Handle telephone calls and greet visitors as needed; * Support the creation and updating of control spreadsheets; * Assist in document and process digitization; * Deliver documents between departments; * Support the organization of internal meetings and events; * Perform ERP system support tasks under supervision; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in a Technical Administration program; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school, and meet the age and school attendance requirements of the Apprentice Program (Law No. 10\.097/00\). (from the 2nd module onward) **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Basic computer knowledge, with proficiency in text and spreadsheet editing tools (Microsoft Office or LibreOffice). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** * Contract type: Apprentice Program * Work location: Unimetais Comércio \- Cidade Nova, Natal/RN * Working hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (depending on the approved candidate's availability) Job type: Apprentice Salary: R$761.55 \- R$1\.142.33 per month
