Job Summary: Daily responsibilities include waste sorting, storage, decharacterization, and baler press operation, in compliance with safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of baler press for recyclable materials. 2. Perform waste sorting and packaging. 3. Follow occupational safety and health procedures. **Your Daily Responsibilities:** * Sort waste according to its characteristics; * Store sorted waste in appropriate containers; * Perform waste decharacterization; * Operate baler press for recyclable materials; * Collect waste; * Package waste into drums, containers, dumpsters, and/or compactors, as classified; * Follow team supervisor instructions; * Adhere to established Occupational Safety and Health procedures. **Education:** * Elementary school **Required Qualifications:** * Experience in waste segregation; * Experience operating balers. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Time management; * Communication; * Adaptability; * Proactivity. **Salary and Benefits:** * R$ 1.872,50 * Meal/food allowance – Flash Benefits (R$ 29.15 per day); * Commuting allowance or fuel subsidy; * Basic food basket: R$ 221.64 * Attendance bonus: R$ 150.00 **Working Hours:** Schedule: To be determined Monday to Saturday – 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM Monday to Saturday – 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$ 1.872,50 per month Benefits: * Fuel subsidy * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Commuting allowance Work location: On-site
