**Segment:** Civil Construction **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Location:** Construction Site **Working Hours:** Business hours (Monday to Friday) **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with **NRs**, especially **NR\-01, NR\-06, NR\-07, NR\-09, NR\-18 and NR\-35**; * Conduct safety inspections at construction sites, identifying hazards and proposing improvements; * Prepare and monitor **APR, DDS, PGR, PCMSO and LTCAT**, where applicable; * Control and guide the correct use of **PPEs and Collective Protective Equipment (CPEs)**; * Deliver safety training and onboarding sessions; * Investigate accidents, issue CAT (Work Accident Communication) forms, and propose preventive actions; * Support internal audits and inspections by competent authorities; * Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors and HR. **Requirements** * Technical Course in Occupational Safety **with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE)**; * Proven experience in **civil construction projects**; * Practical knowledge of regulatory standards; * Training and field communication skills; * Organization, proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility; * Availability to work on construction sites. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with high-rise, industrial or large-scale construction projects; * Knowledge of eSocial (Occupational Health and Safety events); * Additional training in NR\-18, NR\-35 and first aid.
