Responsibilities: Monitor, observe, and guide the entry and exit of people; receive, identify, and direct individuals to their intended recipients. Open and close building facilities. Receive correspondence and forward it to the protocol office. Answer and place telephone calls. Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting; * Prior experience in this field is a plus. Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts every 36 hours, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) * Meals provided on-site * Basic food basket
