Your Key Responsibilities: * Support the continuous improvement team in collecting and analyzing relevant data; * Assist in identifying and mapping improvement opportunities; * Participate in implementing solutions and monitoring achieved results; * Manufacture gravity racks, tables, pedestals, and medium-complexity structures; * Perform markings and paintings according to the signage manual (pedestrian stripes, safety areas); * Support training and educating teams on continuous improvement concepts; * Monitor performance indicators and suggest corrective actions. What You Need to Have: * High school diploma; * Knowledge in interpreting basic technical drawings for manufacturing structures; * Good communication skills, proactivity, and teamwork.
