




At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.**JOB OVERVIEW** ---------------- Will be responsible for leading the Signal, Power, Connector (SPC) team within the PMO, driving high-impact projects such as New Product Development (NPD), Advanced Development (ADP), Technology Development (TDP), VAVE, and sustainability initiatives across the Americas region. The role ensures projects meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget objectives through clear prioritization, resource alignment, and proactive risk management. Requires strong organizational skills, technical and financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** ------------------------ ### **Leadership** * Lead cross-functional teams and project managers, ensuring performance, clarity of roles, and capability development. * Conduct 1:1 meetings, remove impediments, support escalations, and maintain an updated succession pipeline. ### **Project Execution** * Manage scope, schedule, and budget; conduct Stage Gate reviews and maintain schedules in Planisware. * Ensure resource allocation, cross-functional support, and conduct lessons learned sessions. ### **Risks, Finance, and Stakeholders** * Identify and mitigate risks; manage conflicts and escalations. * Control CapEx/OpEx and analyze costs and proposals. * Report status, generate decision-making analyses, and present updates to leadership and clients. ### **Continuous Improvement** * Apply lessons learned, promote best practices, reduce costs, and optimize processes. **REQUIREMENTS** -------------- ### **Experience & Knowledge** * Minimum of 5 years managing multiple projects in the automotive industry. * Proven experience in NPD, ADP, TDP, VAVE, and process transfers/expansions. * Knowledge of manufacturing (plastic injection and assembly), finance, and business cases. * Proficiency in IATF and APQP. ### **Skills** * Effective communication with all levels, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment and availability for travel (up to 25%). * PMP certification is mandatory. ### **Languages** * Fluent Portuguese * Fluent English * Advanced Spanish ### **General Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bragança Paulista - SP * Solid experience managing multicultural teams * Solid experience with project management tools (MS Project)
