Then take a look at the requirements for the position: **Responsibilities:** * Lead the store team, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment; * Monitor and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets; * Monitor store performance, analyze performance indicators, and propose improvements; * Conduct store opening and closing procedures, ensuring organization and service standards; * Control inventory, and the entry and exit of equipment, materials, and supplies; * Support hiring, onboarding, and team development; * Ensure compliance with equipment rental, maintenance, and logistics processes; * Serve customers by resolving inquiries and guaranteeing a positive experience. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in team management and leadership, with ability to motivate, develop, and engage people. * Strong sales orientation and ability to build and maintain business partnerships. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers and partners. * Experience in executing administrative and operational processes, preferably in retail or service industries. * Ability to conduct selection and hiring processes. * Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple demands. * Valid driver's license (Category B) with EAR (Exerce Atividade Remunerada). * Availability for regional travel.
