JUNIOR QUALITY CONTROL ANALYST

Job Summary: Manages the Quality Management System, conducting audits, training, and ensuring compliance with organizational requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the organization's Quality Management System 2. Conducts internal audits and monitors customer audits 3. Supports improvement plans for all areas of the organization "Coordinates with the suppliers and the internal stakeholders to qualify products and the process and ensure compliance with the organization's requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Manages the organization's Quality Management System; * Maintains the Process Interaction Flow and publishes updates to Process Maps; * Translates specific customer requirements into organizational requirements; * Leads senior management review meetings; * Conducts internal system and process audits; * Monitors customer and product certification audits (UL); * Manages the ISO 9001 certification program across all business units; * Delivers internal training focused on improving the Quality Management System; * Publishes documents related to the Quality Management System; * Conducts self-assessments using checklists provided by customers; * Supports improvement plans for all areas of the organization. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and VDA 6.3 is a plus; * Prior experience with Quality Management Systems; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Advanced Microsoft Office skills; * Knowledge of Quality Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, or similar); * Willingness to work onsite in Bragança Paulista - SP. **Job Locations:** **Posting City:** BRAGANCA PAULISTA **Job Country:** Brazil **Travel Required:** 10% to 25% **Requisition ID:** 145392 **Workplace Type:** Onsite **External Careers Page:** Quality
