We expect commitment to **credibility** in all tasks performed, applying the **owner’s mindset** to everything you do, always with **respect**, so that together we can achieve extraordinary results. **Your mission:** Assist in the administrative and/or operational activities of the department, integrating theoretical and practical learning to promote professional, personal, and social development. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist with departmental routines as directed by the manager; * Help organize documents, materials, and workspaces; * Perform simple tasks appropriate to the role and age group; * Support colleagues with daily operational needs; * Comply with internal rules, safety regulations, and company procedures; * Participate in training sessions and theoretical components of the apprenticeship program. **Requirements and qualifications** * Age compliant with current legislation governing the Apprenticeship Program; * Currently enrolled and attending school (where applicable); * Availability to fulfill the program’s scheduled working hours. **Additional information** * Meals provided on-site; * Transportation allowance. **CIALNE** was founded in Ceará and, over nearly six decades, has built a legacy defined by hard work, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
