




Job Summary: A Purchasing Assistant responsible for purchasing routines, supplier relationship management, purchase order control, and administrative support to the purchasing department. Administrative support and purchase demand control **Main Responsibilities:** \- Purchasing and supplier routines \- Enter purchase orders with suppliers according to internal requests. \- Monitor purchase order status (lead times, confirmations, and deliveries). \- Maintain supplier relationships and support the supply chain. \- Controls and recordkeeping \- Complete and update control spreadsheets. \- Organize and record information related to purchase orders and suppliers. \- Support in controlling purchase deadlines, volumes, and demands. **General Support:** \- Manage other duties pertinent to the position as directed by the department. \- Provide administrative support to the purchasing department. \- Follow company-defined internal procedures and standards.Purchasing Assistant Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
