Job Summary: This internship supports buyers in quotations, purchase order issuance, analysis of commercial proposals, negotiations with strategic partners, maintaining vendor records, and assisting in report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Support buyers in quotations and purchase order issuance 2. Analyze commercial proposals and negotiate terms with partners 3. Assist in organizing documents and internal controls of the department * Support buyers in conducting quotations for direct materials, indirect materials, and services; * Support buyers in issuing purchase orders; * Analyze commercial proposals considering cost, technical specifications, quality approvals, and delivery timelines; * Assist in negotiating commercial terms and preparing supplier price lists with strategic partners; * Maintain updated vendor records, price lists, and purchase orders, and assist in organizing departmental documents and internal controls; * Support the preparation of procurement performance reports and metrics.
