RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS Works directly with the end consumer, representing the brand through the solutions offered, surpassing qualitative and quantitative goals. Approaches customers in a polite and friendly manner, ensuring their well-being in the service environment. Interacts with the customer, building negotiation strategies to understand them and identify their needs. Seeks to offer products and services according to each customer's reality, providing as much information as possible to minimize discomfort regarding the purchase. Uses digital platforms to collect the customer's phone service history and record information consistent with the agreed request. Leads the negotiation closure, highlighting what was acquired by the consumer to fulfill their initial intent. Follows up and assists the customer after the sale to foster loyalty. Fully participates in area-specific trainings to enhance knowledge and technique, achieving satisfactory performance results.
