Job Summary: A Transportation and Logistics company is seeking a Lead Verifier to supervise and monitor receiving, verification, picking, storage, and shipping of goods, guiding the team and ensuring warehouse organization. A Transportation and Logistics company seeks a Lead Verifier in Extrema. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and monitor activities related to receiving, verification, picking, storage, and shipping of goods. Guide and support the verification team and assistants in operational routines. Perform goods verification by comparing items against invoices, purchase orders, or transportation documents. Identify and report discrepancies in codes, quantities, damages, or product quality to the immediate supervisor. Ensure warehouse and inventory organization to facilitate material handling and storage. Monitor cargo distribution and picking for shipping. Assist in inventory control and record entries and exits. Support the operational leader in organizing team activities and achieving departmental goals. Ensure compliance with workplace safety, organization, and cleanliness standards. Perform other related duties as required by the department or requested by the immediate supervisor. Previous experience as a Verification Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Storage Team Leader, or Inventory Control Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
