Welder Jr Location: **Kestra** Function: **Manufacturing** Job Responsibilities * Responsible for performing welds and cuts in various positions (flat, horizontal, and vertical) using electrodes, manual machines, and CNC equipment according to established technical parameters. Prepares and configures welding and cutting equipment, conducts tests to ensure process quality, and performs assembly and adjustment of fixtures. * Operates CNC and automated equipment for production, repair, or maintenance of parts and components, feeding workstations with raw materials using equipment such as overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts. Inspects parts, interprets technical drawings, selects the appropriate welding type, and prepares surfaces per procedures. * Performs finishing operations on parts (grinding, sanding, fitting), plasma cutting and gouging, oxy-fuel cutting, and graphite cutting; maintains production records and operational reports. Ensures proper maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and workplace, as well as individual and collective safety, by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conducts waste sorting and disposal, participates in internal and external assignments (including client site visits), and may operate overhead cranes when required. Keeps own work area organized and contributes to preserving company assets.
