Job Summary: The Warehouse Assistant ensures efficient and accurate merchandise flow by performing receiving, picking, verification, and organization tasks to maintain inventory order and accuracy. The Warehouse Assistant plays a vital role in the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring physical merchandise flows efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include performing operational tasks such as receiving, picking, physical verification, and product organization, supporting inventory order, safety, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Picking and Verification: Perform order picking and physical verification of products to ensure correct quantities and items prior to shipment. * Material Handling: Conduct loading, unloading, and physical control of goods entering and exiting the warehouse. * Inventory Support: Assist the supervisor with cyclic counts and overall stock inventories to ensure data accuracy. * Organization and Cleanliness: Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety, storing products appropriately and keeping aisles free of obstacles. * Teamwork: Collaborate with other operational team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets. Requirements and Qualifications + Education: Completed high school. Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is considered an advantage (but not mandatory). Job Information + Working Hours: Business hours – Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. + Environment: Collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth.Compensation and Benefits Package + Base Salary: R$ 2.354,62 + Meal Allowance / Food Voucher: R$ 650.00 + Transportation Voucher + Dental Plan: Available after the probation period. + Others: Additional agreements and benefits.
