Job Summary: A professional responsible for cleaning and organizing environments and utensils in the Food and Beverage area, ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Work collaboratively with a focus on food safety Bourbon Gastronomia, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is seeking a Steward for the Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia–SP. This professional will be responsible for cleaning internal areas and materials used by the Food and Beverage department, ensuring execution of activities inherent to the department according to the company's established quality standards, compliance with internal and external regulations and procedures, as well as adherence to and maintenance of general Bourbon Hospitality policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform kitchen environment and utensil sanitation processes according to need and direction from the Immediate Supervisor, following requirements established by health surveillance authorities. * Remove organic and dry waste, emptying trash bins as needed, and deliver organic waste to the cold storage room and dry waste to the company’s waste storage area, using appropriate carts. * Maintain organized storage of cleaning and hygiene supplies for the area, removing and placing products in an orderly manner to facilitate inventory control, restocking, and usage by coworkers. * Organize clean dishes and glasses, handling them carefully to maximize material durability. * Set up and remove chafing dishes for events, as well as clean and polish them using specific cleaning products. * Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each situation. * Conduct periodic inventories to replenish kitchen materials and equipment. * Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each situation. * Handle utensils carefully to prevent breakage and ensure preservation. * Support opening and setup operations for dining locations. * Perform other duties related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of food handling and food safety. * Team-oriented mindset and sense of urgency. * Commitment and organizational skills.
