Maintain electrical panels and work on PLCs, inverters, and programs. *At Althaia, we always strive to understand health in its entirety and offer the most varied solutions for prevention and treatment.* *We seek people interested in intelligently simplifying the life of consumers seeking health and well-being—being relevant in delivering options through diverse products tailored to different consumers and their distinct needs.* *We invite you to “Think outside the box.”* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform maintenance on machines, equipment, and utilities to support the production area’s program; * Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan by executing pre-defined activities; * Monitor technical assistance services and specialized labor to guarantee machine & equipment availability, as well as adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety, environmental standards, and established deadlines; * Assist in specifying parts required for optimal machinery and equipment performance; * Perform calibrations, inspections, and lubrication of machines & equipment; * Assist in developing manuals and procedures; * Maintain electrical panels in perfect condition and operate PLCs, inverters, and specific machinery programs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with equipment utilizing technologies such as: Fluidized Bed Dryers, Vertical Granulators, Dryers, Compressors, Tablet Coaters, Primary and Secondary Packaging; * Knowledge of Utilities (electrical cabinets/panels, steam, compressed air, etc.) and electronic equipment programming and parameterization; * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), NR 10, and basic Occupational Safety knowledge. * Availability to work the 2nd shift (Monday to Friday, 1:45 PM to 10:16 PM, with alternating Saturdays from 9:21 AM to 4:00 PM). **Additional Information** **Our benefits go beyond the basics—they’re designed for your well-being, both at work and beyond:** * Health Insurance (for you and your legal dependents) * Dental Insurance (for you and your dependents) * Pharmacy Benefit * Life Insurance * Product Discounts – Equaliv * Gympass (Wellhub) (for you and your legal dependents) * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Profit and Results Sharing (as stipulated in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and in compliance with current legislation) * Transportation Voucher * Auster (telephonic support offering psychological, nutritional, physical education, and phytotherapy guidance) Bringing health.
