If this opportunity resonates with you and you’re also passionate about your work, come discover the challenge Bauducco is offering you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **A typical day includes:** Strategic and Technical Planning: Develop maintenance plans based on criticality (ABC Curve) and technical recommendations, going beyond operational execution. Backlog and Resource Management: Prioritize work orders, ensuring appropriate materials, tools, and manpower availability for the next 60\-90 days. Major Maintenance Shutdowns: Plan and lead scheduling for large-scale interventions and renovations. Data Analysis (KPIs): Monitor indicators such as MTBF\[/] (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR\[/] (Mean Time To Repair) to identify failures and implement corrective actions. *Gemba* (Field): Supervise technical execution on the factory floor to validate procedures and identify opportunities for planning improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology (preferred). Basic understanding of TPM/PCM concepts and interrelationships among pillars. Familiarity with MP and MA pillar methodologies. Ability to monitor and update maintenance KPIs. Knowledge of Failure Analysis Methodology (AQF). Knowledge of CAPDo methodology. Knowledge of SMED methodology. Experience in industrial maintenance planning, including development and revision of maintenance plans and construction of workload maps (e.g., 52-Week Map), ensuring activity balancing. Practical experience interfacing with PCP and Production teams to define maintenance windows and align priorities. Experience acting as gatekeeper of the process, including generation and distribution of Maintenance Orders, as well as planning of major scheduled shutdowns. Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably SAP PM, including process compliance verification and user support. Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and effective communication for cross-functional interaction, contributing to the efficiency of maintenance planning and execution.
