Job Summary: As a Gardener, you will be a key member of the Leadec team, playing a fundamental role in maintaining and preserving the green areas of the industrial park, ensuring work quality. Carrying out sweeping activities and collecting fallen leaves and branches. Responsibilities: * Performing gardening services to maintain and preserve internal and external green areas of the industrial park. * Daily mowing of grass in the client company’s green areas using a brush cutter, in compliance with negotiated contractual conditions. * Sweeping streets and collecting fallen leaves and branches using a leaf blower, always ensuring work quality. * Using mechanical and electrical tools to perform tasks according to specific procedures acquired during training, as well as using safety equipment to prevent occupational hazards and accidents. * Maintaining equipment used, keeping it stored in an appropriate location and requesting maintenance when necessary. * Performing other related duties inherent to the position. Technical Requirements: * High school diploma * Preferred: Experience in this role * Residency in Extrema, MG, or nearby areas Minimum Education Level: Elementary School (1st level) * Transportation allowance * Life insurance
