Job Summary: The Concierge Captain at Bourbon Hospitality ensures guest satisfaction by managing departmental activities in accordance with company quality standards and policies. Key Highlights: 1. Providing exceptional and courteous guest service and accompaniment. 2. Managing and organizing luggage and vehicle traffic in the parking area. 3. Collaborating with security, cleaning, and lobby organization. Bourbon Hospitality, one of the leading companies in the hotel industry, is seeking a Concierge Captain for the Bourbon Resort Atibaia. This professional will be responsible for attending to guests and clients, ensuring satisfaction while performing all department-specific duties in compliance with the company's established quality standards, based on guidelines and general objectives defined by the Immediate Manager, adhering to internal and external norms and procedures, as well as Bourbon Hotels \& Resorts' general policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Escort guests to their rooms after check-in, carrying their luggage with appropriate care according to courtesy standards, and explaining equipment locations and usage, as well as operating hours of various hotel outlets; * Inform guests about hotel services, clarifying questions regarding bar and restaurant operations, advising on operating hours, and notifying them that the Front Desk provides brochures for further information; * Verify validation of parking tickets before guests proceed to exit, ensuring service quality; * Complete luggage tags/protocols and the "Log Book" with guest name, room number, and date, ensuring proper luggage tracking; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, arranging newspapers and magazines to uphold the brand's required presentation standards; * Collaborate with hotel security by monitoring foot traffic and promptly reporting any irregularities to the Immediate Supervisor; * Transport luggage, exercising due care during handling; * Manage luggage stored in the bellhop area; * Keep luggage carts clean and polished; * Control vehicle entry and exit flow in the parking area; * Manage the vehicle key register; * Develop operational, motivational, and developmental training programs; * Enforce the managerial shift schedule; * Supervise housekeepers, cleaning assistants, and other members of the housekeeping team; * Identify initiatives to optimize and improve processes and activities within the area, aiming to reduce operational risks, scale operations, and enhance the experience of internal customers; * Comply with and enforce company norms, processes, and policies; * Maintain workplace integrity, materials, proper equipment usage, and confidentiality of information; REQUIREMENTS: * Strong communication skills; * Leadership profile; * Process-oriented mindset; * Interpersonal skills and proactivity; * Valid Brazilian Driver's License Category B; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience working in high-volume hotels serving individual guests and events WORK SCHEDULE: * 11:00 AM to 7:20 PM BENEFITS: * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Wellhub (Discounts at gyms); * Birthday Day Off; * On-site Meal; * Transportation Allowance; * Shuttle Service; * Attendance Bonus (VA); * Uniform; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Card; EXCLUSIVE CARE PROVIDED BY BOURBON: * 50% discount on accommodation at network hotels and resorts (excluding franchises); * Employee Support Program offering legal, financial, nutritional, social, and psychological assistance; * Themed parties; * Special celebrations for holidays and commemorations; * Bourbon Academy featuring over 300 courses for technical and behavioral development; * 30% discount at Bourbon network restaurants (excluding franchises); * Christmas Basket.
