Responsible for KPIs, team leadership and motivation, and compliance with Safety, Quality, and Human Resources policies and procedures within DHL Supply Chain operations. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are non-negotiable. Together, We Are Unstoppable — keeping this in mind, you must closely collaborate with your colleagues. **Requirements and Responsibilities:** ----------------------------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed undergraduate degree * Experience in administrative routines and logistics operations **Your main responsibilities will include:** 1\. Monitoring the operational flow of order picking and verification, providing general support in operations; overseeing the picking flow, correcting and guiding assistants and operators in cases of doubts or non-conforming behaviors, being responsible for the physical integrity of all movements, and instructing the team on specific client processes; 2\. Ensuring completion of KPIs, internal controls, and client controls; maintaining reports and participating in client meetings; 3\. Conducting briefings and DDSMA sessions, developing and disseminating key company performance indicators (KPIs) to the team and monitoring them; 4\. Completing area documentation as required; monitoring support department activities; 5\. Inspecting and evaluating rack-picking and anti-static material areas to ensure procedures and processes are correctly executed; 6\. Actively participating in inventory activities and inspecting replenishment in the picking area; supporting loading and unloading operations while assessing vehicle conditions; 7\. Coordinating stock receipt and loading of empty pallets, packaging materials, and other supplies; 8\. Managing loads according to priorities and complexities, assisting other coordinators with loading and unloading challenges; 9\. Implementing, analyzing, and presenting operational performance indicators and targets in accordance with OMS routines; 10\. Managing recruitment processes, monitoring team development and training, maintaining timekeeping records, ensuring effective implementation of the Feedback Program, personnel movements, and opening staffing requisitions in the payroll system; 11\. Participating in and ensuring immediate subordinates’ attendance at operational, quality, environmental, and other trainings; 12\. Respecting and complying with environmental regulations, including selective waste collection; 13\.
