Opportunity to interface with various internal departments Grupo Seres seeks a professional to act as the focal point between **Seres** and its clients, ensuring proper management of employees assigned to logistics operations. The professional will be responsible for direct employee support, operational HR assistance, and continuous alignment with the client, ensuring efficiency, organization, and compliance in all processes. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Represent Seres to clients, ensuring strong relationships and operational alignment * Conduct onboarding of temporary employees * Handle uniform distribution, control, storage, and collection Provide employee support to clarify questions regarding: \-Time tracking; Payments; Benefits... * Monitor and manage time tracking records * Support offboarding processes, including uniform retrieval * Serve as the interface between the client and Seres internal departments (HR, Payroll, and Operations) ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education (college degree in HR, Administration, or related fields preferred, either in progress or completed) * Prior experience in operational HR, acting as a legal representative (preposto), or managing temporary workforce * Valid driver's license and/or personal vehicle * Flexible availability for working hours * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve requests efficiently * Organized, responsible, and committed ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear communication and professional demeanor * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Flexibility and strong interpersonal relationships * Organization and attention to detail ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics operations * Experience managing large numbers of employees * Basic knowledge of Payroll Department (DP) routines Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
