Responsibilities: Serve customers and monitor customer experience across all contact points in the logistics operation. Respond to inquiries and proactively communicate about delivery timelines, shipment status, and potential issues. Collect, analyze, and report customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Monitor customer satisfaction and delivery performance KPIs. Collaborate with transportation, warehouse, IT, and finance teams. Map the customer journey and propose actions to enhance the overall experience. Requirements: Strong communication skills and empathy toward customers. Analytical ability to interpret data and metrics. Proactive problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of logistics.
