Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Plan and schedule short- and medium-term purchases, adjusting according to demand. * Ensure purchase accuracy to maintain inventory levels according to established policy and update schedules with suppliers to prevent stockouts. * Update administrative controls by performing analyses, surveys, and calculations in technical-administrative activities. * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and charts for monitoring and managerial analysis. * Fill out and issue legal documents and internal requests according to regulations, forwarding them to relevant departments. What You Must Have: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate level Excel skills.
