An IT solutions company is seeking a Technical Support Technician in Extrema. 3AM IT is a company specialized in information technology solutions. We offer consulting, software development, and technical support services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Provide on-site technical support to users at assigned locations. Handle technical incident tickets and service requests according to logged demands. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops, notebooks, and peripherals. Install, configure, and replace IT equipment. Perform formatting and operating system installation. Configure and support printers, scanners, and network devices. Ensure compliance with SLAs, internal procedures, and IT policies. Position based in Extrema / MG. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, Customer Service Specialist, IT Technician, or Technical Support Technician may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this role.
